OUR STORY

Our mission is to help our partners attract and retain Members, Employees and Customers by offsetting the cost to our partners families through significant cash back when relocating.

​

We are a family company.  We have moved 15 times throughout the United States and Canada – the last 3 moves were to support our son in his pursuit of playing higher level hockey.  We owned a residential real estate Company in Florida.  We understand the stress and cost of relocating and we understand real estate.

​

We initially started this company to help friends and families like ours offset the financial burden when relocating to support their child’s pursuit of a passion.  We expanded our scope and began assisting others that were referred to us.  We soon realized that we could help the greatest number of families by partnering with organizations to help their members.  It is truly a win-win-win: organizations create goodwill for their members, members receive relocation rewards and our broker network gains new customers.

OUR FOUNDER

CRAIG STRAKY

Those who know Craig best will tell you that his strongest attributes are his focus on family first, his ability to connect with people and a knowledge that by helping others achieve their goals - success will follow.  His primary mission with Relocation Rewards Team is twofold: to help organizations attract and retain more Members, Employees and Customers and to help families offset the financial burden when relocating.

Craig began his career in corporate finance, strategy and sales.  He entered the real estate business in 2006 and shortly thereafter opened his own real estate company – growing the business to nearly 60 Agents, 10 offices and over $1billion in sales.  He sold the Company to Coldwell Banker and remained on as a Managing Broker before founding Relocation Rewards Team.

Craig has an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Windsor and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Wayne State University.  He is a licensed Broker in both Florida and Michigan and holds several real estate certifications including the Certified Military Relocation Professional and Certified Resort and Second Property designations.  He is also a member of Worldwide ERC. Craig and his Wife Pam are the proud parents of their son Ethan.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

The relocation reward, rebate, cash back (reward) is not offered in all states. In some states, a gift card or commission reduction at closing may be provided in lieu of the cash back bonus. The program may not be available outside the United States. The cash back bonus is only available with the purchase and/or sale of your home through the use of a program-introduced real estate agent. The actual amount you receive is based on the purchase and/or sale price of your home. The program award is not available in certain transactions with restricted agent commissions (including many new construction, for sale by owner, or For Sale by iBuyer transactions). All real estate commissions are negotiable. Other terms and conditions may apply. This is not a solicitation if you are already represented by a real estate broker. Program terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Additional terms, conditions, and restrictions apply.

Reward is subject to adjustment or cancellation if the commission received by the Brokers (Relocation Reward Team, Buyer Broker and Listing Broker) changes after the signing of a buyer's agency agreement or must be shared with additional parties, if the subject home is purchased as a short sale, or if the Brokers are prohibited from distributing the Reward. Lender approval is required for commission refunds/rewards. In some circumstances buyer’s lender or other parties to the transaction may not allow buyer to receive a refund and Relocation Rewards Team and the Brokers cannot guarantee that all lenders will allow 100% distribution of the reward. Relocation Rewards Team strongly recommends that buyers discuss with their lenders and other parties to the transaction, in advance, the anticipated receipt of the Reward. Unless agreed to in writing by the Brokers, a reward will only be issued to the person(s) and/or entity listed on the settlement statement at the closing of a transaction.

STATE RESTRICTIONS

Although the Federal Government has encouraged less restrictions to providing commission rebates, State law dictates where rebate rewards are allowed.  The following jurisdictions currently prohibit rebate rewards, this list is not comprehensive and subject to change: Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee.

REBATE EXAMPLE CALCULATION AMOUNT DISCLAIMER

All real estate commissions are negotiable, therefore, the award amount is an estimate and may vary.  In the examples illustrated, the award utilizes a 3% commission of the purchase or sell price.  The consumer will receive 20% of the commission at closing based on state law.  The amount of the reward may vary up or down based on the commission rate agreed to by the parties.
